Employee timekeeping can be tracked via a clock palm read validated employee kiosk. Other alternatives timekeeping: via their mobile phone with time and GPS tracking against their rostered location with or without voice validation clock in. They can also use a local phone call option.
The core features of the time and attendance software are the ability to track who and where the employee checks in via GPS-enabled features that a pinned to the work sites. The ability to use the local phone removes the need for multiple timekeeping devices. The Vein reader can be attached to an existing kiosk running Windows. The system will capture start and end, and is required work times for multiple sites. The time captured is matched to the employee daily roster for comparison and timesheet validation
The accuracy of the online timekeeping is assured as the devices use the employee device timeclock ensuring local time from the device is accurate
Timekeeping can be a legal requirement by law as evidence of time worked and can be used for monitoring employees actual time worked. Data collected from the timekeeping provides accurate employee time and attendance at all sites as well as the option to select job and client for each shift or part thereof.
Remote clock in of employees using their mobile device to clock in and out at each site they are attending with validation of site attendance using GPS. The data is posted back to their timesheet dynamically for review and approval by their supervisors.
