Dear (Inzenius)/THIRD MILLENNIUM MANAGEMENT PTY. LTD.
“We want to personally thank you for the significant role you’ve played in preparing the superannuation and employer reporting ecosystem for the start of Payday Super.

You responded by updating products, completing testing and helping clients prepare for the new requirements.
Your role extended well beyond technical readiness. Through product updates, testing activities, client engagement and implementation support, you helped give employers, funds and intermediaries the information, capability and confidence they needed tement and implementation support, you helped give employers, funds and intermediaries the information, capability and confidence they needed to prepare for the change.
Across STP and SuperStream, you delivered important system and process changes to support new reporting and contribution requirements. You played a key role in helping employers understand what was changing, what they needed to do and how to prepare for the transition.
We also acknowledge your assistance to employers transitioning from the ATO’s SBSCH, helping them understand their options and take early action.
Your engagement with us throughout implementation has been invaluable. Through technical working groups, webinars, readiness discussions, implementation forums and direct engagement, you provided practical insights and constructive feedback that helped identify issues early, improve guidance, clarify requirements and support a coordinated approach across the system.
Importantly, you helped translate a complex reform into practical outcomes for employers. Through communications, support channels, product updates and guidance, you enabled your clients to better understand and meet their obligations under Payday Super.
Early results are encouraging. While implementation has had its challenges, the collective efforts of DSPs, clearing houses, gateways, funds, intermediaries and the ATO have contributed to a successful beginning and a smooth transition across the super ecosystem.
Payday Super is an important reform that will help employees receive their super more regularly and make it easier to identify and address unpaid or late super. The work of your organisations to build, test, deploy and support these changes has helped make this outcome possible.
As the system continues to mature, we look forward to working with you to support implementation, address emerging issues, improve data quality and help employers and funds meet their ongoing obligations.
On behalf of the Payday Super Program, thank you for your contribution, collaboration and ongoing commitment throughout this journey. We recognise the considerable effort your teams have invested alongside other delivery priorities, and we greatly appreciate the constructive partnership you’ve demonstrated.
Your efforts have helped establish a strong foundation for Payday Super and made a meaningful difference to employers, funds and employees who rely on timely and accurate super reporting and payments. Thank you again for the important role you’ve played in supporting this reform.” Yours sincerely, Emma Rosenzweig, Deputy Commissioner & Claire Miller, A/g Chief Digital Officer
