Employee Onboarding
Employees are onboarded and available for rostering after approval by HR Managers who receive all onboarding request to approve in readiness for rostering and payroll readiness with details provided by the candidate/employee on their device

Employee Rostering
After onboarding, the employee is selected to be rostered manually or automatically by the system
Employee Timekeeping
Employees’ GPS Timekeeping is entered directly into the system via their devices. Alternatively, the T&A records can be imported directly from the chosen device and captured to the employee’s shift-by-shift rostered times
Employee Timesheet
Timekeeping records validate the T&A record to the employee rosters, creating an approved timesheet for the employee to sign off via their device
Automated Payroll
Payroll processing is so easy with the Inzenius Award Interpreter, which automatically builds payroll from the approved timesheets.
