Inzenius Roster Bidding Process Saves Time is  Finding Employees for Shifts

Rosters can be created unfilled and posted to selected or any available employees with the appropriate permissions and skills to fill them.

The roster(s) can be set to auto-populate with available employees or present the bids for selection by the rosterer.

Either way is a real time-saving option.

Rosterer creates the unfilled  shifts using one of the available rostering options  and publishes them to the employees with those skills as an auto-select first bid or as a bid for rosterer acceptance

Employees receive notifications of available bids based on their qualifications and permissions.

Employees accept or reject the shift offer assigned, which will be sent to the roster’s portal

This process can efficiently search for the appropriate employees to fill the available shifts

In both cases, employees are notified of their successful bid so that they can be assigned.

Roster bidding is generally used for any unfiled shifts after the rosterer has selected the employees they need for the shift, with bids sent only to unfilled shifts.
