Inzenius leave management is a simple extension of the rostering system.

You roster leave days and times each day in the regular roster. 

Each employee can request leave via the employee self-service portal. The supervisor is advised of the leave request and approves it in their rostering screen.

The rostering screen presents the leave request as a roster and shows the amount of leave balance available to the employee for each leave type.

The leave accrual is auto-adjusted based on the configured leave rules, which can include an amount per selected time or pay period, as well as the employee’s standard hours and actual worked hours.

The hours accrued model is a good solution for providing the available balance for LSL, where the employee may have worked different hours over the years.  

Leave can also be automated to add additional leave available after a defined number of day types, such as weekend days worked.
