Inzenius is the Best Path to moving you to All-In-One, Out-Of-The-Box Configurable Rostering for Payroll and a Contemporary Platform.

It can be problematic to migrate from one Payroll platform to a more capable offering that is not on a pathway to retirement. The decision to do something is available in the current IR environment and the retirement of many legacy platform markets.

The requirement for cost savings in payroll processing from initiating the process from the contract of employment, the award or EBA requirements, and the legislative changes and penalties for getting it wrong.

Inzenius’ out-of-the-box, configurable all-in-one system, from Rostering to Timekeeping, Timesheet, Award interpretation, and Payroll, reduces complexity and risks while simplifying the ongoing processes, saving time and costs in labour management and payroll processing.

The Inzenius online, step-by-step implementation process efficiently manages and delivers the project for businesses with 100 to 10,000 employees.

As companies look for efficient, full API integration with their current or updated HRM and Accounting systems, Inzenius’ configurable API platform makes it easy.

“Keep an eye 👁️ open for the SAP partners that act like dodgy second hand car dealers, they keep popping up posting absolute dross insulting the majority of the SAP install base….
There is absolutely no tech debt in a well maintained SAP ECC system
In fact most ECC systems are the ECC of 2024 not 2006
There is no sunset drama 🎭 its the legacy SAP SIs that are crapping themselves becuase no one is buying their legacy messaging = the customer is an idiot 🤡
Componsable rocks – low risk is key,
AI – quantum data SAP tech singularity will keep on coming so the future state postioning of an organisations ERP asset is incredibly difficult.
Every customer will have their own unique set of circumstances that have to be worked through to set the sunset direction for ECC, but in parallel to ongoing digital kaizen.
The focus is upon maximising investment in the wider SAP product base around the ECC core as it slowly migrates to its 2030 end state which could be a mixture of S/4 and ECC on Rise or with Rise plug ins + linking the Business Network, HCM and CX dots….
SAP is complex becuase it reflects the complexity of the organisations that leverge its awsome power – this constant dross messaging and belittling of the customer simply makes them walk away and look at other alternatives to SAP.
Christian made a fantastic point around clean core, its not what all the car salesman are peddling (easy upgrade path and easier consumption of new functionality, we have been following ITIL for decades) its about process dicipline and thats the bit that matters to CFOs and CXOs (SAP are going to focus more on working with the wider C suite).
Today Im at a client doing a SAP TOM health check, and the focus will be process orchestration, thats it – Ill add the SAP magic latter in our phase zero report.”
